We are offering a full time job in our Service and Maintenance department, no experience is required as full training on the job will be giving along with attending certain courses. You must have a driving licence to be considered for the job.

We undertake servicing of kitchen extract systems across the UK.

We remove grease from the system to keep it fire safe to comply with legislation. This is normally carried out through the night so night shift pay is available.

We work throughout the country most of the time you it is likely that  will be out the county the majority of the time.

You and the team member would come into the office on a Monday around 12:00 load the van then travel to your initial site and thereafter remain away until Friday/Saturday morning.

Accommodation is provided with an overnight allowance.

You would be working in a two man team, schedules are sent using Google calendar on a Thursday/Friday.

We also cover :

  1. All call out options to our clients which you may be required to undertake from time to time.
  2. Filtration changes nationwide.
  3. When not out undertaking these jobs you may be required to assist within our busy office.

You would be given full training where necessary to undertake these tasks.

We are seeking an experienced Installation Project Manager to join our team. As the Installation Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of installation projects. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage resources and timelines.

The role is based out of our office & workshop in Redruth, Cornwall but will be overseeing sites nationwide. Candidates will be considered that live anywhere in the UK as frequent visits are required to installations taking place. It is typical that 3 days per week are spent on site.

An understanding of ventilation is preferred, but an understanding of construction and working on site is required. Training will be given as required.

A company van will be provided for transportation to and from site. Uniform (tee shirt and jumpers etc) will be provided along with any PPE required.

Job Purpose, responsibilities and person specification: –

The main responsibilities of this position include:

  • Manage all aspects of installation projects from start to finish.
  • Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary information.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop installation plans.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time completion.
  • Conduct regular meetings with project team members to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the installation process.
  • Provide regular reports on project status to the wider team to ensure following works can be done as required.

Essential:

  • Proven experience as an Installation Project Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
